For me it was a bit subtle. I just realized around 3 months that my moods were so much better. I realized I wasn't feeling so impatient all the time. I also noticed I was not struggling with depression or depressing feelings/thoughts like in the past. I have gone off the Happy PMS Cream a little longer than suggested (more than a week) and noticed skin problems coming back and mood issues again. Pass the Happy Cream!!! ;-)
